BUSINESS CONTINUITY PLAN 

ePatient Enroll A.I. (“EP”) has developed a Business Continuity Plan (“BCP”) explaining how EP will respond to events that may significantly disrupt EP’s commitment to efficiently and effectively service your financial and investment product needs. The purpose of this document is to provide you with a summary of the actions EP will partake in to properly address significant business disruption both online and ePatient Enroll regional offices and/or EP's corporate office. 


If a significant business disruption occurs, EP will implement various strategies to quickly recover and resume business operations. EP’s Business Continuity Plan addresses many items, including: data backup, data recovery, customer data security and confidentiality, financial and operational evaluations; alternative communications with clients, vendors and employees; alternate physical location of employees; and ensuring EP’s clients receive prompt access to their funds. Significant business disruptions can vary in their scope, such as effecting only EP’s corporate office which is located in a single building, the entire city where our regional offices are located, or a global conflict area. Depending on the type of disruption, we will transfer our operations offsite, recover and resume business as soon as possible.
